The BodyShape fitness center meant exclusively for women began their journey way back in 1984. The first center came up in Sans Souci, Sydney, Australia. It became a place where women would meet up on a regular basis and discuss fitness and also their other issues. BodyShape became kind of a social networking place for like minded individuals. The center has grown to offer the very latest in fitness equipments and well trained staff, to help the women achieve their goal. BodyShape center there are also personal trainers available who help out in charting an exercise regime exclusively for an individual keeping the persons requirements and potential in mind. They started their expansion plans in 1998 and now have 5 centers in all and since 2005, have even started offering franchisee opportunities. Since BodyShape is a center only for women it becomes a place where both fun and work go on simultaneously. Importance is given to weight loss programs and getting a fitter, healthier body and at the same time focusing on a good “BodyShape”.
