Jillian Michaels was born on 24th of February, 1974. She is a personal trainer, and appeared on The Biggest Loser, television series, as a trainer of the Red Team till 2006. During that time she was changed by Kim Lyons. However, later she returned back in 2007 as a coach of black team, competing against red team coach – Kim Lyons. She is also a coach in Australian version of the program along with Bob Harper.

Jillian Michaels started her career as a trainer, as before her teenage; Jillian Michaels was also suffered from overweight and obesity. Due to her overweigh and obesity, her mother admitted her in a martial art class. This was a new start for Michaels and eternally after she was concerned in serving other overweight and obesity suffered individuals in order to make a transform and change their bodies and lives.
