EBB is a private self regulatory organization based on ethical standards. It provides people, the correct information about the services and products sold by the companies. Based on the performance the companies are rated accordingly. And the organizations who resolve the disputes efficiently are also rated with positive points and vice-versa.
This site facilitates its members to retrieve the needful information about the various companies, to do the transactions and business with them. Both members and non members who satisfy all the ethical business practices are eligible to get the seal. They are charged with a minimum fee to get the seal. Also, the complaints pertaining to buyers and sellers, misleading advertisements, product warranty and so forth, are resolved here.
