At Ebb we try to resolve the consumer grievances related to faulty products, low grade services, misleading advertisements, product warranty, ID theft, and so on. We ensure that all the applicants get their complaints resolved with due justice and in fair time. EBB acts as mediator between the companies to resolve the complaints in all possible ways without any legal obligation/proceedings. It emphasizes on resolving the issues based on mutual understanding.
Whether you are a member or not, at Ebb, we try to resolve the dispute and reach to a solution. No partial behavior is endorsed towards any of the parties in dispute. Even if the dispute is between a member and a non member, we ensure that no one-sidedness is shown towards any of the parties.
All the complaints can be filed online with all the necessary details required to settle the issue. Based on the complaints and resolutions, the reports on the companies are prepared and recorded accordingly.
Ebb doesn’t accept those complaints, which can be handled more efficiently by the government agencies or dispute resolution centers.
The complaints with abusive and foul language are rejected out right without any further processing.
